- Haverhill Master Agreement.The Haverhill Association Master Agreement is a legal document which has been signed by all homeowners and covers a number of important topics, including the rights and responsibilities of homeowners, and the role of the Homeowners Association in ensuring that these guidelines are maintained. Any reference to “Developer” in the Master Agreement is now assigned to the Homeowner Association Board. See p. 47 of the PDF – “Assignment of Developer’s Approval Rights”.
